The city of Irvine offers open space areas to explore. Open Space Preserves offer outdoor recreation, learning opportunities, nature, volunteer opportunities, and rentable facilities.
There are four areas that make up the Irvine Open Space Preserve: Quail Hill, Bommer Canyon, Shady Canyon and Orchard Hills.
